To top it off, the trainers are patient and have created an environment that makes it fun to workout. Cant recommend this place enough, it’s my second home.

Loved it and loved that I could walk in whenever I wanted to work out and could get right in with a trainer. Kendra and her trainers are great. I definitely recommend this workout. I love it and find the bags very therapeutic both physically and emotionally :). Because let’s face it - It’s nice to kick something sometimes and get away with it!My only feedback would be that it would be great to have access to the entire 9 Rounds of instruction before beginning. It takes some of us a couple times to view it before it sinks in. Maybe post it on group Facebook page that morning what workout will be so we can view the workout instructions ahead of time. I think this will help expedite the workout so we can maximize our 3 minutes. I will be back in the winter. ❤️
