I enjoy the weightlifting class most. Ben does a great job communicating when I am doing something wrong, sharing info about changing eating habits, and being knowledgeable about muscle groups.

Prices are affordable and Ben really focuses on form while training his clients. It has really helped me strengthen my core, and I am impressed with my overall progress. Now, Ben is adding more trainers, classes, apparel and other services. I am so excited to have 216 Muscle as my home gym.

August 09 · Teri D.I started coming to bennie because I haven't worked out in nearly 2 yrs and I wanted to ease myself back into it without jumping right back into crossfit. I went to my first class with him outside and I stayed. I found a happy balance that doesn't take away my curves and left me with some of my girls. There are several fitness classes included in the monthly membership that I love. Come try him out and see what you think. Also, please don't take the elevator or come late. He will make us do burpees. TAKE THE STAIRS AND BE ON TIME!
